Grill / Line Cook
Job Summary:
The Grill/Line Cook plays a key role in delivering high-quality meals with speed and consistency. You’ll prepare menu items according to our recipes, manage your station during busy service hours, and help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare all grill and line items according to recipes and plating standards
- Maintain consistent quality and portion control
- Keep stations stocked before, during, and after service
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety guidelines
- Work closely with the chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in prep work as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience on a line or grill station (preferred)
- Ability to handle high-volume service
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated
