Breakfast Cook
Job Summary:
The Breakfast Cook leads the morning line, preparing breakfast dishes with speed, accuracy, and attention to presentation. You’ll set the tone for the day by delivering meals that exceed guest expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare all breakfast menu items to order
- Work efficiently during high-volume morning rush
- Execute short-order cooking: eggs, omelets, griddle items, etc.
- Maintain a clean and organized station
- Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety standards
- Assist with prep and restocking for the next shift
Qualifications:
- Prior breakfast or short-order cooking experience strongly preferred
- Ability to handle multiple items and tickets at once
- Early-morning availability required
- Positive attitude and commitment to consistency
