Fry Cook
Job Summary:
The Fry Cook is responsible for preparing all fried menu items and ensuring they meet the restaurant’s standards of taste, texture, and presentation. You’ll maintain proper fryer operation, monitor cook times, and keep the station clean and safe.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare all fried menu items according to spec
- Maintain proper oil levels, cleanliness, and fryer temperatures
- Follow timing guidelines to ensure crisp, quality results
- Keep station organized and stocked
- Support line cooks and kitchen team during busy service
- Comply with food safety and sanitation procedures
Qualifications:
- Experience as a fry cook or in a commercial kitchen preferred
- Ability to work quickly in high-pressure environments
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and team-oriented
