Accounts Payable Specialist
Job Summary:
The Accounts Payable Specialist manages vendor invoices, payments, and financial records across Harvest Restaurant Group. You will ensure bills are processed accurately and on time while keeping organized documentation and strong vendor relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and enter vendor invoices
- Process weekly check runs and electronic payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Communicate with vendors regarding billing questions
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of Accounts Payable or bookkeeping experience
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar preferred)
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
